VanAntwerp Attorneys, LLP are the best of both worlds. Big time firm that goes above and beyond to get the work done but with a personal, hands on approach that makes you feel comfortable and important, no matter how big or small your case is. I will always remember the way they cared about what was best for me and took into consideration how I felt about everything. Leigh Latherow was my attorney and I would count her among the best of the best. My family and I will always use her and this firm for any of our attorney needs for the remainder of our time on this earth. That's how great they are.

Our company has been in business for over 50 years, operating in 10 counties in eastern Kentucky. Historically we have used a number of different firms to handle our various legal issues. However, when I assumed the role of General Counsel with the company, I knew that there was a firm in Ashland, Kentucky that could handle all of our legal needs. VanAntwerp Attorneys LLP provides the same level of expertise as a large firm, but maintains a small firm feel. Though we are certainly not their largest client, the level of service and responsiveness we receive from their attorneys makes us feel as if we are their only client. We feel as if they are part of our team and we rely heavily on their counsel and guidance.

Leigh Latherow and Mitch Hall were our attorneys through our legal battle with a large insurance company. Their experience and professionalism were the only bright spots in an otherwise very trying and stressful time. Leigh's experience arguing before the US Supreme Court proved to be very valuable in our case, which ultimately made its way all the way to the WV Supreme Court.
