Promised to file and protect my sister - did not do her job... refused to file what she promised - Pamela Burton is a fraud, will take your money and leave you worse off than you began! Avoid at all costs.

Pam helped me with my divorce case. She was one of the few attorneys I reached out to who actually called me back in short order and was available to meet with me when I was available. Pam and her staff were competent and prepared all my motions and paperwork in a timely manner. I decided in the middle of the case to resolve a lot of issues with my ex wife out of court. Pam was easy to deal with in preparing a motion to withdraw and sent me back the unused portion of my retainer quickly. I have actually referred friends to her even though I didnt use her for all the divorce. As far as all the negative reviews I can only speculate they were on the receiving end of Pam who makes no bones about being an advocate for her clients. Chris Nicholson

Pamela Burton is a fraud!!!! She will take your money, never return phone calls or emails, wants to be in good standings with other lawyers all the time, doesnt care about her clients. She will take your money and then drop you!!! DO NOT GO TO PAMELA BURTON!!!!

If you are involved in a case that falls under Leavenworth jurisdiction, avoid this attorney at all costs. She is deeply connected with other members of the Leavenworth justice system. If she feels your case puts her at odds either politically or socially within that circle, she will drop you (after she has spent most of your retainer), despite the facts of the case or what is truly right and wrong.

This man hating she-devil not only blew an easy case for me the judge actually offered a motion to substitute counsel because of the unprofessional and under prepared defense. Now if it was only that simple to get my $5k retainer back. I wouldnt trust this hag with getting you out of traffic court. If we had a fair justice system attorneys like this would be working street corners for $5 bags of meth not ruining peoples lives with piss poor representation.

Website says Areas of Practice maybe taking clients money and doing nothing should be added to the list. Just dropping a client no real explanation not good enough. Her and so called Honarable Judge Wiley probably know each other ;)

Pam Burton is as incompetent and as corrupt as the entire system that the Leavenworth Family Court system has built in this town. I paid Pam $1500 for a simple modification, but she spent the money, provided me with nothing, and withdrew from the case without even providing notification or reasoning.

Unbelievably irresponsible in putting her client first. You would think that the retainer would be returned after dropping a client and giving no forewarning or reasoning. Thousands down the drain. I could have watched half an episode of Suits and been twice the attorney she is. Scum of the legal system, do not do business here.

Does not actually care about the client. It's a money game and Pam only cares about her relationship with other attorneys in future cases. Why is it so hard to find a Family law attorney that cares about the family/children? Don't blow your money at this law firm!
