Amazing that even when someone is honest and forthright with people the trolls come out and smear online. Ignore the low reviews of those with axes to grind. Dillon Law will give you an answer that is based in fact and law even if it isn't what you want to hear. You want sunshine blown up your skirt, go somewhere else. Despite having lived outside of Iowa for a number of years, I'm still occasionally involved in transactions with or assisting friends who do live there. And every time that happens I know exactly who to call for help! Each situation has been rather unique, in fact he once provided a detailed report regarding how the state would regulate usage of a city transit bus during RABGRAI for example. But every time I asked Pat Dillon if there was any chance his firm could handle this next crazy request the answer was always absolutely yes. Each and every time I received extremely quick and competent attention to my requests. Whatever your need, if it's in the realm of the law, I couldn't recommend the Dillon firm more highly.

Certainly was a waste of money. No problem in billing the account but lack of service and would not recommend for family conflict resolution. Never did write the contract that my husband requested, but we got billed for calls and questions...Not sure how they figure to be good at real estate contracts when a simply rewrite could not be done. I'm sure to keep paying the bill that is sent...sending last payment today! Keep your money and invest with another attorney.
