I hired Christine to handle a traffic ticket that i was issued that would've had a huge negative impact on my CDL and livelihood. I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism and how easy it was to get ahold of her and others in the office. She is very knowledgable about the legal system and ultimately helped get my case dismissed. I had spoken to a couple other attorneys before I spoke with Christine and I knew within a couple minutes she was the right person for my case. It was my first time having legal trouble and she took the time to explain the process and what would happen along the way. She will be my first call if I ever find myself needing representation again.

I contacted them ask about representation for a traffic ticket. After informing them I was calling on behalf of a refugee I was told they don't have ability to translate into spanish (which is not even the language of the driver and something i never mentioned), and that they only handle traffic tickets with criminal activity (despite being directed to them by numerous sites where they list traffic citations as part of their business). When I asked why they list themselves for services they dont provide they hung up on me.
