This law firm is a literal joke. She doesn't care about families or what is right. She cares about money and that's it. It took almost a year to get divorced. When she told me it would be 3 months. Also an extra $900 on top of the initial $1500 she needed to even start to help me. If it didn't take her so long to get me divorced I wouldn't be so far in debt. No communication at all until I had to literally call her and her employees out. Then she wanted to communicate via text and tell me how I was wrong. Very unprofessional and rude. I hope she likes her big expensive law firm and probably nice house and cars while i struggle to provide because of the loan payments I had to get to cover her cost. must be nice.

Very rude like she was selling water in a desert. No wonder this fake attorney has such bad reviews.

If you're in a custody battle with your ex who has hired Jennifer and they suggest your child see a therapist, refuse whoever she suggests and find a therapist who advocates for 50/50 shared parenting. She suggests a therapist whose parenting ideals are stuck in the 1940s and this therapist is more than willing to stand in for your ex as a witness in court despite not knowing either parent personally. It baffles me that someone whose letters were always riddled with typos could actually be successful at destroying a family but that just goes to show the bias against fathers that still exists in family court. For the sake of your children stop paying these people thousands of dollars to do what can be accomplished between two level headed parents who put bitterness aside for the well-being of their children.

I called and e-mailed several lawyers for a consultation. Many want an initial fee of $20-$120 just to talk to them. When I ask what to expect they say that is what the consultation is about. She gave me a good general idea of what to expect from the entire process and how it works. She also seemed upfront and honest about the cost. I don't like the costs but she left me feeling confident that she will be the one I go to. I will keep this up to date.

Jen and her staff are absolutely the best law office around. She gave us a free consultation in which she explained exactly what our rights were in terminating the legal rights of a father who had abandoned my granddaughter.We moved forward to terminate his rights and through the entire process Jennifer was there to reassure me, explain each step, communicate changes made by the defendant, and what I needed to do to prepare myself.She was professional and compassionate in preparing our witnesses. She was involved every step of the way and she did not go above the fee that was quoted to us from the start.I would recommend her to anyone who has a legal need. I can't say enough good things about her.

Terrible lawyer!!! I started with her in 2017. My divorce was very simple no fighting about property or kids we did everything thing she wanted as soon as she asked. My ex didnt even get a lawyer because we just wanted a divorce thats all. It took her a year and a half. She lied to me and ended up raising his child support and I told her not to. She said he doesnt pay for medical which he does and has for years. I have the original paperwork thats says it and she changed it.. charged me over double what she said she would charge me.

UPDATE 10/24/2018...It has been 1 year and my granddaughter has now experienced her mother and step father divorcing, their home being foreclosed on and watching her mother use drugs. Her stepdad that Ms Olsen said adopted her, moved to Texas and her mother is an OTR truck driver. My granddaughter is MIA. She is 14 and her mother and step father could care less about my granddaughter. My case was dismissed without prejudice so there isn't much I can do. This young lady has been through so much and all Jennifer did was make things worse. All she wanted was my money! My daughter is unstable and I really hate to think what has happened to my granddaughter by falling through the cracks. I didn't want her to become a statistic. JENNIFER OLSEN, I HOPE YOU CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT. I thought I could trust her but unfortunately she wanted me to do most of the work for her. I don't know what I even paid for. She didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. It was always about what she had to say. She was very dismissive and condescending. When I asked questions pertaining to laws and my case she replied that she didn't know. Exactly what does she do but make a quick buck. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY! She does not know the laws.

Sometimes hard to get ahold of but Ive always gotten a returned call back. I like Jenn a lot, I will definitely be referring her to anyone who needs the help she can offer.

I heard several positive feedback about this firm. Is why I felt encourage to seek legal advice. I have been trying to reach ms Jennifer with no luck. I am looking for paid services not Pro Bono. I know lawyers are very busy, but a no thank you would have been enough. Some lawyers have too many cases, which again I know this could have been said over the phone. I heard so many positive things about her, but I rather go else where. I have tried calling over and over and secretary says she will relate messages, I have left VM. Professionalism is a plus in this line of business, specially communication. Too sad to say that some lawyers let success get in their way, and they forget who put them there..

She is a terrible lawyer and doesn't get her facts straight at all. All she cares about is money and not what is right. She's a liar and there is absolutely no truth in her at all. Wouldn't ever recommend her to anyone.

Jen is awesome. She knows the law and works hard for her clients.

The worst attorney I have ever dealt with personally or professionally. I felt that she was unprepared and ill-equipped to do the job. I actually had to fire her during my court proceeding during my divorce after I wasted $10,000. Dont waste your time or money.
