The lady that did my taxes was amazing..5 stars to her...but, the lady that's in there today was rude. I stood there for over 10 minutes patiently waiting, and not once did she ever look up to acknowledge me. She never acknowledged the person that came in after me either. I finally just walked out. I understand having to wait because you're with a client, but at least acknowledge me and say that you will be with me as soon as you're finished. Very unprofessional.

Dont bother making an appointment. It wont save you time. Only one person working on a Saturday IN THE MIDDLE OF TAX SEASON. They shouldnt take appointments if they dont honor them. You will still have to wait a long time.

I strongly recommend Jackson Hewitt for first time filers, and for loyal H&R Block customers to switch over. I have now had taxes filed at both places and Jackson Hewit takes the cake. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!
