Arman is charming and has a great smile, but this review is about his service and knowledge we experienced. It was a Trust created under undo influence during a time the granter was heavily medicated on opioids. And the Trustee liquidated the trust violating the written trust. Here are the issues we had with this office and Arman during this time. Please know I have been doing investigations on cases such as this for 21 years, written multiple laws that have passed in California and one in Indiana, and many regulations for the biggest oil company in the world. I know law and practical application.1. The ladies behind the counter constantly scheduled the wrong times and would blame my wife to her face even though we had the phone conversations recorded and emails on saved.2. Arman would constantly correct me with incorrect information and when asked for details on how such an impossible thing could be, would respond with something such as 'Crazy uh?' (EXAMPLE: When asked how the wording in the trust stating that WE COULD SUE the trustee for ignoring their duties, could mean that we couldn't sue the Trustee for ignoring their duties, he had no answer but 'That's just how it's always been done' Which there is no evidence in case law. When I informed him that statutes and Case Law state that if such a clause existed in a trust, it would be unenforceable as it would defeat the purpose/reason of the creation of a Trust, he said 'Crazy uh?' To this day I have yet to find a case anywhere in the world, let alone the United States or Indiana, that allows a trustee to ignore the Trust which they had swear to protect for the beneficiaries.3. When the defendant ignored the subpoena over and over again, and refused to hand over all full and complete documents, Arman refused to ask the court to enforce it. About a year after waiting for Arman to return our calls about the status of the enforcement, we were instead informed that he hadn't done anything on our case for well over a year! 4. Arman failed to inform us that he abandoned our case (Which you can sue an attorney for) which led to important medical documents (Which he forgot or refused to retrieve) needed for our case be destroyed only weeks before the day we regained control of our case. Note, he had well over a year to retrieve these simple documents and told us not to worry about them as he would get them. 5. The last 3 or 4 meeting with Arman was simply him telling us that we had no case because Trustees are not required to obey their Trusts or Trust law. He lied and discouraged the whole way and refused/failed to look at the legal briefs or investigations I gave him. 6. He NEVER took any legal actions that we hired him for. There was simply a 'Pre-step' I prepared which had to be done in order to get my wife's house away from the Trustee and into her name. After that was done, Arman stopped. No steps were taken. Not one. The first step of retrieving the medical records along with the trustees documents started but Arman never completed it! So he abandoned/halted our case from the beginning! Arman was hired as an attorney to protect us and fight for his. Instead he lied, discouraged, and attempted to mislead us so we would lose hope and give up so he wouldn't have to work. Though this is common for injury attorneys all over the country, he specifically said he would not doing that the day he accepted our case. Our case was rock solid and the defense had the stupidest attorney which had the argument of 'We wanted to so that makes it okay.' The whole case was already laid out and organized for Arman and he still didn't do that little bit to read it, legal research it (Such as Casetext, Westlaw, Lexis, whichever) and educate himself on it. THAT'S WHAT ATTORNEYS ARE SUPPOSED TO DO.Keep in mind, this an an ambulance chaser. If you need a lawyer to do lawyer stuff, this is not the guy.
