Upon purchasing a new laptop, I engaged Shane to move everything over from the old one to the new machine. He was on time, performed the needed activities, answered my questions, and assisted me in getting acquainted with some new software. I really appreciated his help; and the price was reasonable. When my work computer was giving me problems I asked Shane if he could do a diagnosis to see if was worth repairing since it was over 7 years old. He did a complete check and with some research determined it would probably be better to replace. Saved us money in the long-run and time. Shane was excellent. Very prompt response to my inquiry. He picked up the computer and dropped it back off here in New Haven! All was repaired and working great within 24 hours it was back in my hands! He checked in during the repair process to update and followed up after to make sure it was all working ok! When Shane works on your computer, he explains the issues in laymen words. He doesn't use 'computer lingo' to make one feel dumb. If you don't understand, he will explain it in a way until you do understand. Shane is very knowledgeable and won't quite till he fixes the problem. I was one who didn't back up, lost data (I thought) and Shane was able to recover it. Amazing! Besides being good at what he does, treating people professionally and efficiently, Shane cares. He cares about his work, he cares about the person. Highly recommend Shane Grantham.

Shane not only does a great job of fixing our computers, he is reasonable with pricing, stays in contact after the service to ensure we are satisfied and has a great friendly personality. I found Shane to be very knowledgeable and responsive when your computer is in need of repair or service work. My desktop was having intermittent problems connecting onto my internet provider and email. Shane was at my house within a day after contacting him and he was very methodical in his approach to determining the problems. He found several issues with some settings and also removed some old software that was causing my computer to have the internet connection problem. Im very pleased with the results.

I'd give 10 stars if I could! I contacted Shane at 6am about a security breach on my girlfriend's All in one desktop and he responded within 10 minutes and agreed to contact them that same morning! Talk about service, wow! We had been trying to contact their bank, Microsoft, as well as Dell since 1am without success. They could learn something from Shane.

Over ten years ago my husband used Shane Grantham's services at his old business. I started networking about 7 years ago and needed some repairs done to our compute.
