Robert A. Plantz, WOW! An Amazing AttorneyWords are inadequate to tell how much Mr. Plantz did for me. Id talked with a number of attorneys but none would take my case. It was too difficult. Without Mr. Plantz it would have been impossible to succeed because it was a difficult case with a very spiteful ex-spouse. Getting ready for court Mr. Plantz was great. He told me what he needed from me, and always got right back to me when I called.In court Mr. Plantz was amazing. I was a nervous wreck, but his kindness and encouragement calmed me down. He knew the issue was am I disabled, and every time the opposing lawyer tried to bring something else into it, Mr. Plantz pulled it back to the issue. He was also able to show that I am disabled without demeaning me, and it was clear he knew the law much better than the opposing lawyer. Save yourself thousands of dollars and find a different attorney. The communication is seriously lacking, if the opposing attorney is aggressive, he will either do nothing or will send a one or two line response. When it came to court, he absolutely bombed. His representation is not worth the money he charges. Also, I have given him the file from my previous attorney, when I fired him, I requested it back and he continues to ignore my request. Trust me, save the hassle!!

Worst lawyer ever. He doesnt negotiate anything.... He talks to the other person more then he talks to you...... I asked for a modification on child support and it took him 9 months to do so....... Dont trust this dude he is bad news!!!!!!!!

He started out good but went down hill after that. He doesn’t return phone calls or emails in time( usually weeks) The office personal don’t help much either. The other side always gets what they want while this guy does nothing. So much time and money wasted. Look for an experienced compassionate lawyer who actually cares.
