Thus far I have no complaints. From the beginning Jay was straight forward with me. He didn't play tough guy nor Bully Boy, like Harvey did, he let me know the facts as they were and are. I took a liking to Jay from the first time we met, he has a great sense of humor, but he's about his business. I honestly feel I was lucky to find this law firm. Yes, in my opinion he did his best work, and I come out ahead of what I was expecting. Damn good attorney, I highly recommend him and his firm to anyone that seek the best results. THANK YOU ! ! ! Adrienne stared by doing a will, Miller trust, quit claim deed, which seemed fine. She communicated clearly and was respectful to my elderly parents. Then she did the medicaid application and during the months long process the communication was not great, she was hard to reach, and they had trouble keeping track of some documents. She made a calculation mistake at one point, which was upsetting, then advised us to appeal for more spousal support, which cost more in legal fees. Less than a week before the hearing, I was told without warning she was quitting us - via email - after I called in with questions. I had questions about the hearing, and in general that she refused to answer, and it left us in a bad place. We currently don't know what to do, and my elderly mother is beside herself that someone would do this.

One positive: Alan is a very nice guy. Now for the review on the professional side: Very poor communication throughout the entire process. Difficult to get ahold of. I felt like he wanted the easy way out with the least amount of work. Not who you want to hire if your case isnt cut and dry.
