Absolutely the worse lawyer I have ever met! Was 40 minutes late to my fiances court hearing this morning. Judge called his office and was told he left 20 minutes prior to them calling, I personally saw him walking out of his office and saw him walk pasted my car that was parked outside. They straight up lied about him leaving early, he's lazy, doesn't help you with anything. He called my fiance an immature kid when she's 26 years old. Such a waste of money, would never suggest this lawyer to anyone. Stay away and I hope he gets his license taken away!!!1

I'm victor Salazar Jr. Tom O'Brien deserves no stars but prison bars. This scum work with the prosecution and Tippecanoe county jail staff to beat, sexually abuse and torture me throughout my stay. O'Brien helped by forcing psychological evaluations in order to explain away my reactions to said abuse. Said abuse was recorded by the jails cameras and O'Brien failed to request them,(2002 to 2003). Despite receiving documentation of jail staff's emails of how they deliberately did not tape record my cell. O'Brien did nothing as the prosecution presented PICTURES and subjected jail staff statements of how I damaged jail property (my reactions to said abuse). According to the prosecution, for 3 counts of criminal mischief, which each count the maximum sentence is 1 year, I deserved a 10 year enhancement. The dishonorable judge Donald l. Daniel agreed and O'Brien sat there with a stupid look of agreement on his face. Ex-sheriff sex offender in chief Smokey Anderson and his staff got away with the multiple felonies due to the direct help of O'Brien, prosecutor bean, and judge Daniel's collaboration. If you hire this wolf in sheep's clothing then you risk hiring a sexual predator helper. Hire someone else.

Tom is useless in a custody battle. I gave him a stack of papers proving she was unfit. He came to court on two occasions and had not looked at this evidence and was completely unfamiliar with my case after nine months. DO NOT HIRE!!!

While they handled my case, they went from being very friendly and professional to being curt and not answering my questions. They became very impersonal and after trying time and time again to make a second appointment over child support I never once received a call back. I even went in person to try to make an appointment. Needless to say, I will not be returning their for any legal matters in the future.
