Amazing attorney!! He knows every possible loophole in terms of the law. Not afraid to take on any case because he knows he can beat it. I had attorneys not interested in taking on my case because they knew that it would be a challenge for them to fight and they would not be able to win the case but attorney Babcock had faith and of course intellect and was successful in having the other party accepting liability for damages. He previously worked on another extremely difficult case, and that was what made me come back to him. I would recommend to everyone and anyone!!! He will get the maximum amount for you claim:) I say this because I've had more serious cases in the past and I hired supposed attorneys that were supposed to be the best attorneys in town (part of the million dollar advocate attorneys) and the amount I received was almost the same amount I received for a much more minor case Attorney Babcock had dealt with,

We came to Attorney Mike Babcock seeking his help with a personal injury case that was time sensitive, important to detail with the circumstances given and against another employee at a large corporation. Gib was actually run over by his SUV! Attorney Babcock quickly affiliated us with their firm (as we had never used them before) and what to expect to happen and most importantly the timing of us receiving the compensation Gib deserved. Attorney Babcock won this case and Gib received the settlement! Working with Mike was relaxed and he made himself available at anytime. Communication by phone and/or email was frequent as he kept us in the loop of the case at all times. Mike also connected us with another attorney that would take on the workman's comp side of Gib's severe injury to the back of his head/neck. Mike's referral was keenly done as this attorney was already familiarized with this large corporation and we were all constantly kept in this larger loop of the case. Questions and answers were never neglected or made to feel like a bother. Mike is sincere and truly understands the importance of your case and works with you as a friend and a professional. Mike Babcock has done an excellent job handling my auto accident. I did not trust lawyers AT ALL until I had the pleasure of working with Mike. He has restored my confidence that there are still some lawyers out there that want to help you and not just make as much money as they can on you. Mike was VERY fair with the amount he got paid from the settlement that he negotiated. I highly recommend him. I tried to work with the insurance company by my self which was a HUGE mistake. I came to Mike with only one month left before the law suite time limitations had expired. I talked to 3 firms all on the same day. The guys down a couple blocks were to scared to take my case, but Mike wasn't afraid to take on the challenge, and he has been wonderful. I am very thankful for the work he has done.
