HOPE...That is what Daniel Whitehead has given my daughter and me. In her case she has been fighting a bully for 7years. That's 7years of my granddaughters life. Being told when she could have her, being told what to do with her...Being bullied by his lawyers when he knew she could not afford her own. Daniel talked to me about how my daughter had been cheated out of so many things with her daughter and gave me the understanding that IT WAS WRONG. Custody/Parenting TimeI am active duty military and I am stationed in Washington State. Due to complications with my ex and my parenting time that I am entitled to, I was in need of an attorney who understands the obligations and process of the military. I made one phone call to Mr. Whiteheads office and was absolutely blown away by how urgent they acted on my situation. Mr. Whitehead never pressured me into anything and was genuinely compassionate on my situation and helping get it resolved. I hired Dan to obtain custody of my son after a breakup. He was always quick to call me about any questions or situations, his paralegal Kara is amazing and responded to every email i sent and i sent quite a few. I wasn't seeing my son at all, no overnights and had no rights prior to hiring Dan. It's really tough being the father, Dan and Kara helped me as best they could in my opinion. I was sued by my ex-husband for a divorce. It was a complicated, unique case. Dan Whitehead personally called me multiple times, addressed all of my concerns, and spent many hours on the phone with me. Kara and Maelee in his office kept attention to every detail, I felt like I had these two wonderful women fighting for me in my corner! My calls and emails were always returned. Every detail was addressed no matter how small, no matter how many times I called. I felt like everyone at this firm was personally invested in my case and fought for what was right and just. On day of my final divorce hearing, Alan Miller did a wonderful job defending my property and my family's legacy. I was very pleased with the outcome of the settlement. Daniel Whitehead called me personally to discuss my case settlement, after hours, on his days off, and gave me his personal cell phone number so i could always reach him. He even called me to discuss the outcome of my case on a Saturday so I wouldn't worry the entire weekend. Thank you to everyone at this law firm, I wouldn't use anyone else in Indiana!

I called Daniel's office at 3:30 pm on New Years Eve about a court date I have coming up. Not only did he take the case, on short notice, but he also waited in his office for me to come in so we could talk. We spent over an hour talking about my case and about my life in general. What I didn't know is that while we were talking his staff was already hard at work. They had already called the prosecutors office and the probation department to get a continuance. I feel very lucky to have him and his staff in my corner. The best part is that his prices are very reasonable.

Called for a consultation. The secretary set it up for over the phone for next day and I never got a call. I called them, left message to call me back and they never called. Nobody ever called and they left me hanging... shady business to not keep your appointments with clients. I found different counsel!!

This guy is full of himself. Obviously they took down the bad reviews from a few years ago. He basically worked WITH my exes attorney against me, and I got nothing, while my ex husband abused the system and continued on in his narcissistic abuse. This guy flirted constantly with my exes female attorney. My ex, who is a bad alcoholic, only pays the minimum amount of support because he was able to lie on his income and then immediately go back to OT. I would not recommend this guy. He’s in it for the cash and that’s all.
