This is the worst representation I have ever received. HUGE LACK OF COMMUNICATION. Patti was unattentive and seemed disinterested in her job. She had inaccurate information over and over even when provided with it, and continued court over and over and over. My recommendation is always go to court even if your attorney says you dont need to show. I'd recieve agreed orders for months with no explanation except continued. If I needed to call or email to find out what happened I'd get charged over and over. Let your clients know what is going on for each appearance and not have to make THEM contact you.This case was not a difficult case and should have taken a few months not a year. She really messed up my short term future with what I believe to be inadequate representation. I would look elsewhere

Tony when you shake a person's hand and tell them your there for them and your Lawyer failed after a year and a half drug out case that should have only taken under 3 months You left my fiancee high and dry you ignored 3 different packets dropped at your office Your lawyer only lost ground !

Because most other lawyers think of you (their client) as a short term prospect for $$$ and work the political game of 'I might need that opposing counsel in the future). Tony, of Abear Law, was recommended to me by a dear friend, who was also going through a divorce. I was having a very difficult time with my ex husband who was represented by his brother. Not only was I being threatened by the both of them, they were surprising my attorney and me at every turn, with false accusations and emergency motions. Tony helped me after my divorce when my ex-husband failed to meet his obligations. I thought no one would take my case since mine was difficult and I don't make a lot of money as an artist. Tony, who is well respected by the community and the Judge, is a good person and is fighting for me. I suffer great anxiety from my marriage and the awful divorce experience and Tony has made this process bearable for me, so that, together, we can fight for what is right. Tony is a God send.

I chose Patti Fox based on the numerous reviews. I figured the few bad ones had to be outliers. Moody disgruntled clients. Please go elsewhere!After 7 months of basically filing papers and cc numerous emails they charged me 20+k and accomplished nothing. As soon as she got me to take money out of my retirement to pay them, she dropped me as a client. We have a house, 1 child, and a couple retirement accounts. This was not a difficult case.Men...she will not fight for your rights as a parent! Be warned!Additionally every time I needed her to be the professional, she would ask me what I wanted to do...I didn't know what to do... that's why I hired a lawyer. She seems incapable of anticipating the oppositions responses and actions. She was always caught off guard and seemed helpless to know how to respond.This was a huge waste of money and now I have to start all over. If you have a ton of money to waste, go for this firm. Otherwise I would stay far away.
