We were buying a foreclosure and as a result of this law offices INCOMPETENCE, and NEGLIGENCE, we ended up losing the house we were going to purchase and $3000. DO NOT USE. BEWARE. STAY AWAY. There are plenty of good attorneys that will take care of you. DON'T BE SCREWED LIKE US.
