Divorce is a horrible thing to go through. This is not the the the the the firm you want to go to for support. I felt I was being pressured into things I did not want to do. I fired Ben after I found he was trying to make my husband a abusive man. I just wanted a divorce. I wasn't looking for someone to bury my husband, I just wanted to resolve a relationship that went wrong in a way that would be the least painful for both of us. Whatever you do, NEVER let him give you the 'abusive spouse ' test. It's just a set up to make you more angry, and more money for him. A terrible, sad and expensive situation I had to learn from. STAY AWAY!!

This firm is very professional and gets things done. I had another firm before I decided to hire them and boy was it the best decision I made. They are not only professional but they really understand the divorce process. Ben is a great attorney who really knows how to negotiate the right deal for you. His years of experience shows every time he goes against opposing counsel. Also he is very easy to talk to and he kept me calm throughout the whole process, which is not easy because of my temperament. LOLAlso his staff is so great on whatever you need. They are there for you the whole time, very professional and extremely nice. With all that said, I would highly recommend this firm.

Was hired as second divorce attorney after the first was fired. He did not start the divorce, nor did he finish the divorce. He filed to remove himself as attorney after being told that he was not doing what he was billing for. The divorce was finished by the plaintiff. More than a month after removing himself from the case, he filled to take almost the entire amount of savings from plaintiff that was granted to her through the divorce (in which Mr. Schwarz did not appear at the courthouse). The judge, after being shown proof of the limited work done by Mr. Schwarz, rewarded the money to him.This is not an ethical practice. It is highly recommended someone who is looking for a divorce lawyer go anywhere else, or just file themselves online.
