Beware, NEVER hire either attorneys in this crocked firmI hired Tom Gorman to close on a property in December 2018. He was very slow in response and poor on communication, on final walk before closing, we found leaking cracks, and I wanted to walk out on closing, he confirmed to me, along with my agent, that the sellers will add a clause in the closing document that they will fix the cracks after closing and there's no way they'll get away with it. But went off radar after closing. And his partner Burnke was very rude when I tried to seek his help.
