My wife and I had a consultation with one of the attorneys. He agreed to take the case. I paid a $2,000 retainer fee. 3 weeks go by and I received a letter and a full refund stating he decided that the case was not strong enough to be certain we would win so he decided to refund my money and drop us as a client. Why couldn't he have decided this at my consultation. About the comment from the law firm... it may be under my wife's name as a client but in fact we both were at the consultation and I in fact wrote the check for the retainer fee and I in fact received a refund saying my wife's case was not strong enough after almost a month went by

David takes his time in explaining what hes sees what going on with the case, and offers his opinion on what to do. Mr. Cunningham is very knowledgeable and always acts in the best interest of his clients where the law is concern. Extremely inefficient attorney's and extremely rude secretaries. Would never recommend this office to anyone ever. Save yourself some irritation and energy and use a different lawyer. We used both mr singer and john patrick brown and we should have fired them the first time they messed up but mr singer assured us he would fix it. He did not he was even worse than the other attorney's. Never again.

If you want a divorce that's expensive and doesn't put the best interest of your kids first, than hire John Singer. I thought lawyers are suppose to take ethic courses but apparently he didn't. If you care about your kids or moving on from a divorce, the right way, save your money and get someone better. He should be disbarred

I called one day after I was denied ssi, just to ask a few questions and one of the men were extremely rude to me. Had a major attitude and even laughed at some of the questions I had. You would think dealing with mental illness cases, they would know how to talk to people. I wouldn't recommend even calling them.
