AMAZING!!! Our file was a nightmare file and we knew it, but it didn't matter to her. She probably receive 6+ emails a day with updates and conversation between myself and my lender and she was there for us through it all. There is no person you can trust more to get the job done in a professional manner!

Lauren and her team are beyond outstanding and professional. I have used Lauren for 3 real estate transactions and have been beyond impressed with her service and level of knowledge. Most recently, she found an error that saved us over $3,000. I cannot recommend Lauren and her team enough!

We used Lauren Alexander for our real estate transaction. She was EXCELLENT. We had a nightmare lender and she and her team were absolute champs. They spent HOURS dealing with our incompetent lender. Her communication is excellent, she was happy to answer all questions and she has great staff. You will not find a better real estate attorney - hands down. She is the best!

As first time homebuyers, we literally had no idea about anything we were doing. Lauren was recommended to us by a friend of mine and I do have to say Lauren put everything at ease throughout the process. First of all, one thing I really did enjoy was the communication. Throughout our application process, we had very limited access to our phones because of work schedules. This was no problem with her and was able to communicate through email a lot to accommodate us. Lauren helped review and guide us on what to do with all documents from the lender and sellers. After our home inspection, her agreement that was wrote up was in a VERY timely manner. We had a follow up home inspection two business days before our closing, this is when we hit a rough patch! The sellers didn't quite do anything that was agreed upon in the initial right up. Lauren stepped in big time and was able to get EVERYTHING and more taken care of the day before closing. When it came to closing time, I was super surprised and it wasn't what I expected at all. Throughout my whole life/career I constantly hear how people say closing is super stressful and is overwhelming. This wasn't the case at all, of course it was a lot of documentation but every piece was explained and she made it very easy to understand. She made the closing fun and comfortable and not strictly business. Overall it was an amazing experience and we were very fortunate to have her recommended to us!

Lauren was fantastic! As first time home buyers and a young couple she treated us with the up-most respect, and we were comfortable asking her any and all question that we had. My fiance and I both have never really dealt with attorneys or lawyers so we were a bit weary of having a real estate representative would help during the process, But Holy Cow, so very glad that we had her on our side! She and her assistant were so easy to get a hold of and very quick to respond.We had a very difficult closing and a tough seller to deal with, and she handled the difficult legal situations with ease and professionalism. Horrible attorney..stay away! I heard her whispering to the title company for a larger back door hidden commission fee from title company stating 'He barely speaks and reads English and moma needs a new car.' I kindly asked her to give me a receipt for all the charges she charged me and she rudley stated 'I don't do that!' According to my new attorney 'she did not give me a receipt because she did not want me to see the $2000 in fees she received from the title company.'

Lauren was very personable and handled my matter in the most professional way.

Ive worked with many attorneys throughout After finalizing my second transaction, I asked Lauren where she wanted me to write a review. So here it is...Ive worked with many attorneys throughout the years. Lauren (and Valery) make things simple. Our first buyer flaked out and Lauren was able to work through getting the earnest money released. (One would think thats immediate, but unfortunately its not that simple.)The second transaction was a little smoother but still like almost all real estate transactions the buyer likes to renegotiate what was already a great buy. Once again she helped us work through a quick and fair resolution and suggested options. Most of all, I hate waiting on hold and filling out paperwork. I have enough of that to do at work. Instead of playing phone tag, Lauren and Valery are super quick to respond to emails (even in the evening when necessary)! I highly recommend having Lauren (and Valery) on your side.
