Had a situation where a need a security guard last minute. I contacted this company and talked to a gentleman named Dave. He immediately went to work and was able to accommodate me. He had answers to questions I didn't know to ask! When it comes to security, he is on top of his game. There is no doubt I will be using this company on a permanent basis thanks to Dave and his professionalism, not to mention recommend them to everyone know!

I wish I could give 0 stars. This company is very unprofessional, extremely slow with all litigation and paperwork. I've been trying to get matters situated between our two parties for 2 months and haven't gotten a phone call back yet, calling in at least twice a week. I caught one of their employees in possession of marijuana on the job site in Aurora Illinois 7 months ago and that employee is still working there. Many other employees either show up late or leave early and when they are there, overnight, they sleep on the job. I definitely do not recommend doing business with this company.

The training offered by this company is reasonably priced with qualified and very knowledgeable instructors. The classes Ive taken have been with Tom Manos, whether it be Armed security training or even Red Cross certification his knowledge and experience is top notch on these subjects. I highly recommend taking his class for whatever your certification needs are!

This company is refusing to give me my uniform deposit money back that they were taking out each pay period. I'm owed $125 and they're refusing to give it to me. When I call about it, I receive sassy attitude because I'm calling about what's due to me. I've been calling for weeks, texting and leaving messages and it goes unanswered. Payroll is never really in office to speak to you and if so, theres no knowledge of their own process. This company never provided handbooks to outline policy so at this point they are trying to give me a issue on getting my deposit back. I no longer work for this company nor have the uniform so I want my money. And I'm willing to go further filing a police report etc about this issue.

My Illinois nursing is on hold because this company failed to send my fingerprints to IDFPR. I called IDFPR and they told me that they never received my fingerprints, and so here I am 2 months after passing my state licensure, NO LICENSE!!!!!! This place was close to home, customer service was great, fee was cheap but whats the point if the most important step of this experience was missed?

I drove 3 hours to this place so I could get my IL nursing license. The staff was SO nice and knowledgeable. They made the whole day better! I had no idea what I needed to do for my fingerprints but they were quick and did it all for me. Thanks Secureone!
