If you want someone who has your back Jenet and his firm for sure do. Going through a divorce is never easy. Jenet is firm, fair, understanding and knows what he is doing. My divorce felt easy not because it was but because Jenet let me know how the entire process was going to work and it followed just the way he said it would. I would recommend Jenet and his firm to anyone. I am not a big google reviewer. I felt giving Jenet a shout out was the least I could do.

I hired Jenet to represent me but seemed he had his own agenda. He made agreements without my consent and steered me into costly mediation. Mediation that was set up with a judge friend of his that allowed fraudulent affirmatives to be allowed in conversation. This all the way to filing unnecessary subpoenas causing unnecessary havoc. Mounting unnecessary cost. Not until he (Jenet) was told to end the matter quickly decides to stop representing me knowing that he no longer can bill me for more unnecessary cost. So if your happy by giving your money away and ending up with the same result of a less costly and honest lawyer Jenet is your man. Far from the Bull he claims to be

At first, what should have been a very easy case for education contribution and modification to holiday schedule for our son. Turned into a very difficult and long case with my non compromising ex, who decided to try and pull a complete overhaul on our custody agreement. Pequeno is a very experience Attorney who has helped me alot in difficult times in my life and in my daughter's life and Attorney Jenet has helped me get custody of my daughter because it was in my daughter's best interest to live with me because unfortunately her mom was not mentally stable but it took alot of work but Mr. Pequeno has helped me through it and helped me understand the law process and so I had to do my part too even though it took alot of work but it was worth it because I love my daughter. Driven with a purpose, reliable, and a great advisor. I have used other attorneys before, essentially resulting in a drain of finances and miss guidance into an unsavory outcome. I hired Mr. Pequeno after a massive setback in what I accessed was an acceptable agreement from my prior council, and I was very mistaken. Mr. Pequeno not only rectified this, but his drive in pursuing my best interests was apparent in our conversations and performance/results in the courtroom. A little background, which speaks volumes on Mr. Pequenos ability to adapt to many situations. I am a Military Officer, child custody battles are devastating, period, but finding an advocate who understand military pay/LES breakdown, and overall visitation management due to a service member's operational tempo is very difficult to find. He was able to reflect my military obligations and pay structure to propose a very favorable agreement with a significant increase in visitations with my child. All of this in a language the courtroom could understand and providing me with the agreement I should of had.
