I was young, pregnant, and alone. The father of my baby was denying that he was his. I did not know what to do. I needed to get child support for this baby. By now, my baby has been born and is almost a year old. I still have not recieved anything from his father. I needed to get a attorney. I started looking into which attorney would be best for us. I found that Wendy Morgan handles child support cases. Wendy understood what I was going through. Once she took my case, it did not take long before I started getting my child support check. I finally had relief knowing Wendy was on my side. Wendy Morgan is a great attorney, and if you need one, get her!

Crazy, rip off, nut person! Makes wild promises before ever getting to court ('You don't have to worry any more. I'll take care of it. Put all of that on my shoulders. I've got it now.') and drops you ('I couldn't possibly represent you.') before even getting into the courtroom. $20,000 for doing nothing but leaving me stranded without legal representation and facing the judge alone. Made even more wild promises that even the judge didn't accept and tried to say I still owed thousands more. Nothing to even consider. Don't even think of hiring Wendy Morgan Law Firm. A complete waste of your time and money. If you actually go to talk to her, notice that she hasn't brushed her hair in 40 years. That, alone, should tell you she is crazy.

THIS office wants money up front, what ever happened to free legal consult, caring, helping those in need? yes, after I left I received a call as to why...2nd. call to offer a FREE consult, NO THANKS...I don't need another MONEY THIEF like the STATE OF ILLINOIS. DON'T walk....RUN to another office for legal assistance.

I came to Wendy with an out of state Judgment and an urgent need for help regarding my daughter. She was quick to meet with me and give me sound advice on how to move forward. I wanted to change my custody arrangement with my ex and my daughter but with us being in two different places, I had no idea how to go about it. As it turned out, I needed to accomplish a few things before moving forward, but I felt like she looked at my case from all angles and advised what was possible. I really felt like she was working with my best interests and the best interests of my daughter in mind and Im very grateful for her help and guidance.

I came to see them about a will and talked with Katherine about what other things I can do to protect my assets. Katherine spent a lot of time with me, making sure I understood the different documents that were available and she even provided me with some tips for estate planning thats built in to some of my accounts. Im very grateful to have met them and I recommend coming in and talking to them if you need help making a will or power of attorneys. We also put my house in a land trust, which I didnt even know I could do. Come in and talk to them. They are very smart and will help you make a good plan.

They can help with Family Law and Estate Planning and I think they even do Bankruptcies. I came in for help with filing a divorce, and the lawyer was very understanding and helpful. While my girlfriend was going through a horrific custody and child support battle with the father of her children, who happens to be an attorney, he attempted to drag me into their battle because of my relationship with the mother of their children. He filed a subpoena to subpoena information regarding my financial records and whether I was helping my girlfriend and what I was paying for in our relationship. I felt that the information he attempted to subpoena was not relevant to their custody and child support battle and I felt as though he was just trying to harass me. At which time through recommendation of a close friend I retained attorney Morgan. Attorney Morgan handled this issue with no problem. She filed a Motion to quash the improper Subpoena and got rid of it. She handled my situation quickly, adequately, and extremely professionally. I was thrilled with her performance and would defiantly use her legal services in the future if I needed to. I would definitely recommend her.

Sent me a letter offering a FREE 30 MINUTE CONSULTATION then talked me to like I was a delusional idiot saying the only advice she had to offer was 'hire a lawyer'. How convenient. Her whole vibe is 'money-hungry', RUDE, and pushy. She doesn't really give a crap about hearing about your situation or how she could possibly help. I didn't even get that far in the conversation, all she did was talk over me. The most unprofessional law firm I've dealt with and someone really needs to put her own ego in check. Kinda sad actually. I would never recommend this law firm, but Tallman and Associates is AMAZING and treat you like a human being! Take your biz elsewhere, trust me.
