Very slow service and have very inefficient processes. Lots of trees to kill and paperwork to fill out. The internet exists, start using it efficiently so people don't have to come in 3 times and fill out a book of paperwork for 1 legal document.

Arrive at 7am to get on the wait list for walk ins. And then a book or a charged phone because you can wait a long time. One vending machine but McDonalds is only a block away. Notary services available and a room with a TV for the kids. Must have military ID.
