Russell Taylor is amazing! He does MORE than his job and does it out of his heart! Very genuine guy who gets results! He got my recent TPO case dismissed and because of his EXCELLENT EXPERTISE Im going to use him again for my next family case coming up. I felt comfortable with a Russell and he answered every question I had. Some lawyers are all about the money but that is not a fact with Russell! Russell actually cares about his clients needs, wants, and busts his tail to be sure his clients needs and wants fulfilled and some! I can write a book on how satisfied I am with Russell! This past year, I have been working with Michael Birchmore. He did not give any value in my case, nor have me progress within my case. I was trying to get full custody of my child after my ex physically abused him. Each time I explained to him what happened, my goals, and my wants, he would mess it up. Then turn around and have ME pay for HIS mistakes. I have wasted close to 13k because he did not want to show importance in my case. Not only that, did not advocate, represent, nor guide me in any way. He has NO VALUE. he takes your money and does nothing in return. DO NOT HIRE HIM AS A LAWYER. he will talk to you very slowly and about Fulton county that has NOTHING to do with your case but WASTE your time!

Russell Taylor is currently working with me on my complicated case, and from the results so far has been successful lifting of my no-contact rule that had been put in place initially between my partner and I. It has now been changed from 'no-contact' to 'no violent contact,' and my partner and I are now capable of communicating again, and I feel more at ease and much happier now than I have in a long time. Taylor is honest and hard-working and very easy to communicate with. He expressed his genuine care for the well-being of his clients. I am very appreciative of how hard-working and determined Russell Taylor is. My case isn't over yet so this is just part 1, I'll be writing a second review after my second trial date

RUN! RUN! RUN! DO NOT GIVE THIS FIRM YOUR MONEY!!!!!! I feel very disingenuous giving this firm one star; when they don't deserve it. My daughter used this firm in her legitimization case. She was assigned Eugenia Wallace to represent her. Unfortunately, she found out the hard way that Ms. Wallace was incompetent. She was not even aware that in the state of Georgia a child does not automatically have to take the fathers name. There were many, many other instances where Eugenia lacked knowledge. She was outsmarted by a criminal defense lawyer in a family law case. She was more of a reactor instead of being proactive with her representation. The last straw was when Ms. Wallace was completely oblivious when told that there were discrepancies with the plaintiffs lawyer's version of the hearing. She did not even remember that it was transcribed. She is defensive when her shortcomings are brought to her attention. DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM WITH YOUR PRECIOUS CHILDREN. Not only is Ms. Wallace incompetent. The firm and Tony Taylor are equally to blame. Not once, to my knowledge did another attorney or Mr. Taylor himself oversee what she was doing. Promises of oversight were made but this firm fell short on that as well. As I stated in my opening remarks: RUN! RUN! RUN!

FALSE ADVERTISING I called this office for the good reviews, the attorneys might be very professional and great at what they do, but unfortunately the customer service that I received today from the receptionist did not show all the great work that previous comments praised.My attempt in getting information for a situation that I have went south from the moment the lady who answered the phone cut me off to advise that if I needed legal advise I will need to contact the court house.Thats whys i called your office to seek legal advise from an attorney that knows about the matter, but apparently you only can get an appointment if you are looking for legal representation, not if you need assistance with questions that might have.I do not have legal training and thats why I called an attorney, usually people that will call is people seeking professional assistance since we do not know the terms and how things work.Per your receptionist I will be contacting the court house and another firm that can actually advise and not only represent.Your site is showing false advertising since you are not providing assistance with questions, only representation.

In response to Eugenia Wallaces rebuttal of my mothers review; Her rendition of occurrences was not only inaccurate but, in a word, LIES. Eugenia is mousy in and out of the courtroom. If she thinks that a client questioning her is disrespectful then that is one thing she got right. I questioned her at every turn. Why? Because I learned early on that she was ignorant on the law. She shamelessly boasts about my relationship with my mother and how she inserted herself into this case. Well, the last time I looked up family in the dictionary it stated: family is a group of persons of common ancestry. A group of people united by certain convictions or a common affiliation. Has this incompetent lawyer actually discounted the value of family as she attempts to practice Family law? What a joke. Maybe she should go back to school and study business law or criminal law, since she devalues the importance of extended family. It truly does take a village to raise a child. If Eugenia felt she was belittled, then how do you think she was perceived in the courtroom. She was meek and mousy. Yes, Eugenia did recommend me to replace her if I was not happy; and I tried. But she only recommended it after she drained my bank account. I truly felt trapped. Eugenia also stated that I came off as vindictive and bitter against the father of my child. Her lack of insight was also apparent. Vindictive, no. But anyone would feel some form of animosity toward a person that abandoned their child for several years and then came back demanding rights. Again, she does not need to practice Family law. If Eugenia as she states still fought for my issues then I must have been absent that day. She caved in pretrial, giving in to all demands. She was incompetent of the law. I actually google case law and was more informed. She had excuse after excuse. Her response to not knowing about the case transcripts was, and I quote: of course I did not remember that it was transcribed because the hearing had taken place approximately 6 months prior. Last time I checked attorneys wrote notes in peoples files. I guess she has never heard of a pen. As far as her urging me to take responsibility for my actions; I take full responsibility for trusting the lead attorney Tony Taylor. He assured me that he would oversee Eugenias work. I cant imagine that he would put his name on anything that she produced. I was duped. I did request another attorney early on but was told no other attorney in the firm was available. of course not. This firm stole my funds, saddled me with the most incompetent attorney and did not take responsibility for anything. The potential clients that Eugenia states will be able to discern where the problem actually is; well, the three attorneys that I consulted after firing Eugenia were able to do it very easily. Just by reading the court transcripts they were able to see that my representation was incompetent. That was the word that kept resurfacing. One even stated that Eugenia did not address basic things like mediation. So, to Eugenias rebuttal to this review; I am sure that she will dodge the truth and vehemently defend herself. Too bad she is not just as adamant in defending her clients. The only word of advice that I have is that this GROWN ADULT DAUGHTER echos the sentiment of her mother. Yes, her mother, the one she seeks advice and guidance from. RUN, RUN, RUN, NOT ONLY RUN BUT HIDE FROM THIS ATTORNEY. SHE HASNT GOT A CLUE! Shame on Eugenia Wallace and this law firm. I now see why your best of Gwinnett rating ended in 2016. Its almost 2020!In anticipation to your response, please feel free. I have nothing but time on my hands to go back and forth with you forever or at least until your rating has dropped to the one star that you still dont deserve.
