The inconsistency is true. He will take your money and pretend that he is doing work that you could've done yourself. I'm not sure why he is in practice? It just goes to show that you don't have to have a passion or education for what you do in today's society. He is unprofessional to say the least. You'll be begging him to provide you with updates and to stay on top of the job because he seems to have better things to do. Look elsewhere. If he has knowledge, I haven't seen it. Anyone can talk a good game until results are proven. Where's his track record? That's what I get for trying new people. Stick with the the high end attorneys who know what they're doing and talking about. You'll be able to tell right away. Be prepared to be ignored. Words from the wise: stay away!

Having just settled my case with my HOA, I wanted to write a review for my attorney, Matthew Carlton. Quite frankly, I am surprised to see the negative reviews here, because my experience was very good. He was knowledgeable, experienced and reassuring throughout the process, and he didn't 'nickle and dime' me for every question I asked him. He kept me in the loop during the process, and advised me of my options as we went along.If you're looking for someone to hold your hand while going through a legal battle, then maybe Matthew is not your guy, but he has the qualities I wanted in an attorney,: fight my battle for me, reassure me when needed, and not have to sell my first born to accomplish my goal.
