Attorney Pemberton handled two cases of mine in two very different areas. Hes very knowledgeable and versatile with his abilities. Youd be getting quality work for his hourly rate. Hes trustworthy and explains everything in detail for people who arent as well versed in legal language. He also responds to phone calls in a timely manner. I will be using him as my lawyer again.

Titus Pemberton is knowledgeable and responsive. He and his staff were helpful and calmed all of my nerves. He talked me through my questions and concerns. So far so good. I have had 2 attorneys screw me over on a pretty cut and dry divorce with custody issue. Her attorney has me in a situation procedurally and with less than a week till a final that is being crammed down my throat, John took my case and has done exactly what he said he would and emails me everything they are doing along the way. Lets just say i was a little gun shy to pick an attorney as i had spent 5k so far and nobody had done anything they promised. Its a breath of fresh air to have John Strauss representing me. I'm days away from court and will update what transpires.

Terrible !!He doesn't return email, phone calls or messages! Even when you waste your time going to his office because he doesn't reply to you !It's been nearly 2 months and I have yet to get a reply from my multiple emails, calls, and in office messages left with his assistant !!!!! If you like throwing money away and being treated like garbage , Then John Strauss is the (I use the term very loosely ) attorney for you. You're better off hiring a monkey !!!!!I'm currently researching for legal advice against him!!!
