Attorney James E. Goad is FANTASTIC!!! By far the Best Attorney we have ever used. My husband has been a Truck Driver for over 33 years and has a perfect driving record. He recently received a speeding ticket in his personal vehicle. This ticket would have ended my husband's driving career. James E. Goad went to court with us and saved my husband's job. The outcome was a small fine and a dismissed speeding ticket. If you need an attorney, James Goad is THE BEST!!! Thank you James E. Goad!!!

All of my words will be not enough to describe this attorney ! HE IS MAYBE NOT JESUS CHRIST, BUT CERTAINLY SECOND AFTER HIM ! He handled my heavy traffic violation, where I was facing big fine and very possibly up to 1 year of jail time with such an ease, only Second after Christ could do ! As a result, I've got to pay the fine only under $250. without any additional consequences, like driving points, auto insurance premiums going up, etc. And all the time he was very professional, polite, empathic and respectful to me and my case. He instructed me before going before the judge briefly and very clearly, I had no unanswered questions after that and everything went very smoothly, exactly, how He told me it will. During initial consultation, Mr. James, after looking through my papers and listening to me, asked some basic questions, everybody would ask and told me directly and openly, whether he will be able to handle this case and what exactly he could do. All details were discussed during this initial meeting. He answered all of my questions, I've had at that time, told me his fee, I've found VERY reasonable and contract was signed. Mt James was up to His word all the time and probably even outdid Himself a bit about what He could do, bc on my mind, He did even more, than He told me during initial meeting. Anyway, if you have any problems of criminal, or traffic (see his profile) - YOU WILL NOT FIND BETTER ATTORNEY, THAN HIM !!!! Also, I must mention his office staff. Two very pleasant and polite professional ladies, treating you with respect and giving you clear and complete information, you requested and answering all of your pertinent questions, you might have in a polite and clear manner, so you understand it from the first time. If only every attorney and his/her office staff would be like them ! Mr. James and his office ladies are live example, for everybody else in this area of business ! And for skeptics: No, He didn't pay me to write this review, nobody did, I didn't get for writing it even a cent ! I wrote it sincerely from my heart !

This law office was paid $3800 to basically change the legal representation name on my initial plea deal. They actually managed to do less than my public defender and made false promises of fair legal representation in future legal issues. I do not recommend this law office.

I hired goad for my dfacs case. He was not only unprofessional but he in turn was the reason I lost my children by not letting me know in time when we should intervene. He also walked in to court unprepared many time. When the judge would ask him a question multiple times he had no answer. I would never recommend goad on any case. STAY AWAY BEWARE!!!!

Why it has to be so difficult to get a phone consultation is beyond me. filing for divorce is not an easy thing to do,and when the wife has the only vehicle we have working right now, makes it really difficult to speak in person, all we would be doing is talking ,and the consultation is free, so why not allow us to talk on the phone. Instead, they dont wont my business and tell me to call someone else. NO PROBLEM!

I have been using Mr. Goad since 2014 in a very problematic divorce. I had used two previous attorneys and changed to Mr. Goad. Mr. Goad has stood up for me in court when the judge said he would just read the motions and decide but Mr. Goad told the judge we did not want that since we had something to tell the judge. Mr. Goad has worked with me on the fees and I find them to be very reasonable. Mr. Goad has been honest and told me when the other side tried to come and talk with him about me. He actually called me on the phone and said the person was there. Mr. Goad has kept me well informed on upcoming court dates. Mr. Goad has been honest with me and that was the agreement we had in the beginning that the two of us would be honest to each other. Mr. Goad as well as his staff has been very friendly and helpful in any phone matter dealing with my case. Mr. Goad has returned all my calls. Very dishonest man. Never returned my calls and drug a two week case out for three months, all he understands is this bucket he says u put cash in like a leppracon hiding your gold. Man has memory loss when it comes time to do what he was payed to do. Take my advice and stay away, that's if u want a real Attorney to work for u and not a cheat. Has no pride in his law work, or the oath he had taken. One good thing about his memory is he knows how to count your money and put a tight rope around your kneck.

My experience was absolutely horrible with this law office. I've met several very wonderful lawyers and had started to wonder where all those bad names and connotations that lawyers get come from, well I can tell you where.. this guy. I have a degree and consider myself pretty intelligent, but he got me when I was down and out and boy did it cost me (even though I came to my senses within 48 hrs). I attempted several times to work something out with him and he would act like he fully intended to make it right, but he was just blowing me off each time.
