Even though I ultimately couldnt hire Ball Family Law because I was going to need to hire an attorney in another state, Mrs Ball was awesome. She answered all of my questions & was a tremendous help to me. She was very knowledgeable & thorough & I left her office feeling a lot better about what I was going to be facing. I was highly impressed by Ms. Ball and her knowledge of the law. I feel like the consultation fee was worth every penny. Even though she was going out of town, and was not going to be able to help us with what we needed at that moment, she still offered us more information and helped us more than any other attorney we had seen. She even went out of her way to make phone calls for us. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. She came highly recommended to me, and I was not disappointed.

Hired Patti Ball while in cancer treatment,just finished chemo, bald head, sick, she failed to file 2 motions correctly, failed to answer motion for sanctions, refuses to correct the mistakes she made in the motions she did file, told the Ga State Bar she corrected the Motions when she didn't, when confronted about the mistakes she quit my case,liened my house for unearned fees and told a deputy sheriff I lied about having cancer. Dishonest,won't even respond to Ga Bar about falsely accusing me of lying about cancer to the deputy sheriff.She was charged and prosecuted for aiding and abetting,dont know the outcome.She went to a Rule NiSi hearing for motions unprepared and tried to cover up her error by telling me it was a status conference months later.Her husband,Bill Staab was physically aggressive towards me when I tried to get the emails associated with my case.She cheated on her husband and got caught,refused to oridice discivery in her own divorce case intil the court Ordered her after motion to Compel,she told me shes automatically believed by the courts because she's an attorney!

I absolutely love Patty. She's been my attorney for years, she's fearless, she's concise, and she's passionate about what she does. I recommend anybody going through a tough time who need someone to guide and direct their situation with a level head. I give her 10 Stars if I could.

She is the best! As my legal counsel since the mid nineties, in a vast array of different types of legal engagements, she has never disappointed me. She is excellent with written documents. But where she really excels is in the courtroom. There are many big name trial attorneys, and I have faith she could beat them as well, I have never seen her lose a case that she took to trial, but I have seen her make opposing counsel look like first year law students. Even when the case gets heated, I have never seen her offend a judge. Ms. Ball has the skills and temperament to work anywhere she should choose.
