I hired Danny Naggiar to help me with my divorce and custody case. He is very experienced and responsive and I felt like he really cared as if I was his own family. First and foremost I want to thank David Sarif and Will Davis for getting my Divorce finalized today and for helping me retain custody of my daughter and keeping her safe. After almost 2 years of probably the most dramatic, intense, concerning and very difficult divorce I have ever experienced these two men and Firm got it done when most other firms couldn't. My divorce case was very complicate specially when the opposing party was not looking to mediate at all. They basically wanted to take away everything from me including my son. I was referred to this law practice through another attorney that was actually to busy to take my sister's divorce case. At the initial conference it was decided to retain the firm and the firm was paid the first retainer. David suggested to let an a associate with the firm handle the majorityof the preliminary work because his hourlybilling rate was more expensive. This worked out fairly well until the associate attorney up and changed firms. We had no realistic option but to put up a second retainer with the new firm. Unfortunately for us we now had two expensive attorneys and having to communicate with attorneys in separate locations was ridiculous. I made it a point to ask and was reassured, if any questions or situations we needed additional help with regarding the settlement and closure of the divorce case we would certainly have it. It has been 7 months and after placing repeated phone calls and leaving messages, we can not even get a returned phone call. The attorneys billed us for every call, every letter, filings and meetings. They were very expressive and they were paid in full. I certainly feel it is unprofessional and disrespectful of them not to answer our calls.

A year and I half ago I called 2 different attorneys on a recommendation. A year later I was lost confused and overwhelmed in a process I thought would be fairly simple based on the evidence of the case. For a year I listened to my attorneys pontificate about what the other side would argue and allowed them to let my opposition walk all over me to the point where the tables had been turned. Dejected and at a loss for hope, I felt like I needed to take control of what was becoming a contentious divorce. I was told to call David and what was my last call to an attorney should have been my first. His firm was responsive and fast to handle any request where my past council I felt was just eager to hit the next hunting trip. Though David has many clients, he makes you feel like you are all he has. His responses are a marination of your thoughts and his legal expertise binded together in perfect symmetry to produce a positive outcome for his main objective, which in my case was the kids. Many of his other reviews speak to the fact that they had to parachute David into the battle field to bring peace and resolution. My case exemplified that, but in hindsight if he was my third call from the get go he would have been my last. His fees are fair and his desire to argue reason and merits are tactful and delivered with a normal conversation not legal ease. Just an all around great attorney and individual.
