Please if you need an attorney look elsewhere. Just like the recent other post I too had a contempt child support case with her back in Nov. 2018 and to date (it is now April 2019) paperwork is still in process. I have had to spend numerous hours on fixing the 'wrong' document submitted to the court system and dealing with the court, child support and correcting the issues she presented. I have also had to take several days off of work to fix these issues (still in process). This was due to her 'medical' issues. I have requested a refund, no money returned and was paid in full for a service she never completed and now is not even replying back to my emails. Again anyone hiring her please go find someone else and save your self time and your money. Also if this has happened to anyone else please post your story. We may all just need to get together and file a complaint with the bar and county to stop this from happening to anyone else.

She is excellent attorney. She was our attorney in a step parent adoption. She helped us make all the right choices and was professional and quick. We didnt have to keep asking if stuff was getting done. She was on it and knew how important the outcome was to us. We would definitely recommend.

Had a very bad experience with Jeanne. Paid her $1500 to do the paperwork for an uncontested Child Support Modification in Sept 2018. Well she had some sort of medical condition where she said she was in the hospital for months. By this time I had spent thousands more on child support and had to basically threaten to sue her to finish by Jan 31. She did submit the paperwork finally by that date (basically 4 months later) and my ex and I had a couple more small changes by the time she did finish the paperwork. She never updated the paperwork and I never heard back from her at all after multiple emails, phone calls, and trips to a vacant office. I finally had to finish all the paperwork myself and petition the courts (another $210). I wish she just would have refunded my money when she new she would be away for months.
