I called and spoke to the receptionist who was very unprofessional. I set up a free 30 minute consultation for the next day @ 10:00 am. I woke up early and made sure the phone lines were all good @ 9:45 just in case they called a little earlier, around 10: 25 am I called and the receptionist said that the attorney called me 4 times, I asked when the note was added in the system and she did not tell me...I had someone call my landline to confirm it was working and it was, including an option to leave a VM, the attorney did not even leave a VM but called 4 times? The receptionist is very rude, when we asked for her name..a long pause followed and then she responded rudely. I see they charge an extreme amount for a retainer as well....very rude, unprofessional...they are apart of the problem we have in our society and in our judicial system. STAY AWAY!Ps. Dear Marge, you need to sharpen up your people skills, if you have any. My son really needed your help,instead he got the blow off!

Had a free consultation with Kayla Tipple . I tried to present my case to best of my abilities (I was very nervous and scared ) But apparently I was just seen as someone who is completely ignorant to the court systems .I was told that I was 'Asking for too much?' ( My children have stayed with me their whole lives) I wanted limited time sharing, However because I didn't Have proof of drug use or 'A photo of a heroin needle sticking out of the other parents arm under a bridge somewhere ' my case basically seemed like It wasn't worth this law firms time because it would 'End in a bad Google review ' also I do believe that Kayla tipple tried to push me away with a huge retainer fee for 'this sort of case ' ($5,000. ) and then questioned and doubted that I have the money? I probably wouldn't have bothered to waste my time and write this review however since my time was wasted by having hopes up for a well profound law firm , I figured that I would just give you an honest review because It was the most unprofessional consultation I had out of six other law firms.

The team here was excellent in assisting us to resolve our issue. Our attorney Kayla Tipple and the paralegal Victoria Madonna were both outstanding .They were professional, compassionate, and treated us extremely well, answering all our questions and all the follow up questions that we had. If you have a family law issue I could not speak highly enough about these professionals and would recommend them without hesitation to assist you. We were very fortunate to have them representing us.

This law firm charged a large retainer for a divorce/child custody case. Gave the other party extension after extension on documents and responses. We doubted this was an efficient process but were told otherwise. After the numerous extensions given, Kayla dragging her feet, we didn't even make it to mediation before they demanded more money. 4500 spent for absolutely nothing but time wasted and hopes shattered. We have since hired another law firm. The very first document was requested by the other party. It was not received, our lawyer filed a Motion to Compel with the court. THAT is how you represent a person!

I cant say enough about Kayla, Victoria and all the behind the scene staff. This is the best attorney experience i have ever had. Did it cost me some hard earned money, yes it did however its was very very fair. Kayla is very knowledgeable and tells it like it is no BS, i would highly recommend Kayla, Victoria and Boeller Law.

Understanding, reasonable, compassionate, competent and we highly recommend them. Attorney Tribble and her paralegal Traci Marasco have been always one step ahead, chasing constables for weeks at a time. We have the adoption that apocalypse books are made of. We have been at this for 6 years and because of them now the end of the tunnel is in sight!

Thought service could have been much better lawyer seemed nice however I think it's more a front and the receptionist was extremely rude VERY disappointed in they're behavior and ALOT of the money put forth I think went more missing than actually used to the case 99% on that I hope people do better research than I did on lawyers
