I recently hired David as my attorney for a divorce. I met with him and his partner within 24 hrs of calling, they were so professional and LISTENED to me. I left the office feeling at ease. They were there to answer any question I had no matter what time of day or how crazy my question was. They were in constant contact with opposing council and always sharing all communication with me. My parents were awarded temp custody of my daughter. My dad is a veteran detective of 30 years and has dispensable income so my mom doesnt have to work. I was referred to David from a co-worker of mine. He is truly amazing, he met with me a couple of times prior to me hiring him as my counsel. I initially had another attorney representing me and I wasn't too pleased with the services I was receiving, so I reached back out to David and he was very understanding and compassionate about my case. Excellent and professional lawyer!!!!! Enough said but if you need more info please keep reading....I had a family case that is not common in Florida pertaining to custody of my daughters. (Temporary Custody by Extended Family Member) In fact so uncommon that when I tried to represent myself and use the forms online, I found that they did not have forms specific to my type of case and therefore almost always had to use generic forms for my response. This always left me secondguessing if I chose the right legal forms and feeling very hopeless in the case.... until I hired Mr. Hurvitz.
