Kyle is an excellent litigator. We had a complicated and contested guardianship case that was in court before the judge several times. Kyle was well prepared for each hearing, and at each appearance in court he was quick to identify the critical needs of the case in real time with the most relevant questions to effectively expose lies and deceit and help to reveal the truth for the judge. He was laser focused at getting the correct and appropriate legal results in support of the guardianship and always in the best interest of the ward. I highly recommend Kyle if you need a good and fair lawyer for a guardianship case.
