He was personable, quick to respond, personable, and even helped with on going issues with my case after it had closed. His staff was quick to respond and efficient as well. I didnt get to work with Mr. Henderson, but I would recommend this firm to anyone seeking such services

I wouldn't loosely use the word 'trustworthy' and 'lawyer' in the same sentence, but Clark Henderson and his firm earned my trust with his knowledgeable execution of my case. He did so with compassion, and professionalism through giving honest perspective on what to expect throughout my experience working with him. He communicated carefully with flexibility via e-mail, and over the phone in ways that put me at ease especially because I was out of state for the duration of my case, and unable to meet with him in person. That was not a barrier to the excellent service I received from him and his firm. Even during the onset of this difficult unprecedented time of global pandemic, he closed my case to my relief. I was quite happy with the outcome he achieved. After interviewing several other lawyers, he was an easy choice, and I am very grateful to have hired him!

Clark J. Henderson violates the basic human rights that were put in place by the Florida Supreme Court, he pulled out of a case due to not wanting to file motions nor did he leave the final decision up to his client to make. Instead he was rude and unprofessional and just down right the biggest slime bag Ive even had the misfortune of knowing. He has been reported to the Florida Bar system for not doing his job properly and then through a grown toddler tantrum when asked to do his job correctly. I would recommend ANY other law office or ANY other lawyer other than Clark J Henderson. He is a disgrace to lawyers nation wide.

Words cannot express how grateful we are for the amazing job Mr. Henderson did representing us! From our first phone conversation to our finale court date, he was very through, patient with me, and meet all of our needs! We live in Huntsville, Alabama so there were a lot of phone calls and emails since we couldn't just come into the office. Each phone call and email was answered very quickly and with all the information that was needed! Payment was very easiest with their online payment options. The office staff, was always very pleasant and answered any question that they legally could for us. When I did come into the office before our trial date, they were helpful in calming my verves and we just chatted which helped put me at ease. Hopefully we will not need to Mr. Henderson's services again, but in the event that we do I will defiantly call on him again to get the job done in the best way possible!

Clark is not a great lawyer. He sent me a bill at the end for more than double the original retainer fee, even though in his contract it said I would be notified when my retainer ran out of money and there would be no final hearing set until all of the balance was paid. He was not responsive and not prepared to represent me at all. I would not recommend using him.

Mr. Henderson was a great attorney. I was out of country when I first reached out and got a response immediately from him even though it was about 10pm locally. His professionalism and presence was top notch. Mr. Henderson and Ms. Lori were very helpful and friendly. They both went over and beyond what they had to do for the custody case.They helped comfort my son after everything was over. This office made me feel very comfortable and confident from the very beginning. We were in constant contact through the case. I truly cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend Mr. Henderson.

I didnt have to worry about a thing even though I was out of state. Every question I asked I got an honest answer. Went through first hearing. no problem. Then went to mediation a 1 hour mediation cost 700.00 way more than his hourly rate. Tried speaking to him about it and all I received was pay in so many days or late fees would be added. So he wouldn't answer me for why I was paying that amount. Then I emailed him and his paralegal for months, to schedule an appointment. NO ANSWER. Then I get another bill for final hearing but they wont schedule an appointment, I even ask if they were representing me. No answer. The only answer I get from them is when I give him money and you cant just o that in person must be done over email. Charged 50.00 an email and never gave me legal advise. I'm not hear to bash the guy I've heard good things about him. But I also spoke to 2 other attorneys that have said people complain about his communication skills. That's the big problem!!

Well, I have primary custody of my Daughter so.... worked out good for me. I like Mr. Henderson a lot. I went through a lot when I was overseas in Korea and my Daughter was back in the US. A lot of bad stuff was going down with my Daughter that I was helpless to and Lori (paralegal) was very helpful during that. Clark is good to military, so if you are in the service I would suggest consulting with him before looking elsewhere. I had two previous lawyers prior to him and the results speak for themselves. Hopefully the Family Legal system starts coming around to the fact that there are a lot of great Fathers out there getting it done every day and this isn't the 1950s anymore. Win for the home team.... Good luck to not only all the great Fathers out the but great parents that just want the best for their children and understand that you can screw up a child if a Divorce is handled poorly or you choose to drag your children through things they shouldn't be experiencing. Children deserve to be children and enjoy their childhood.

You will not find a better lawyer than Mr. Henderson. I wanted an annulment, for which Mr. Henderson fought furiously. We did everything by the books. Mr. Henderson asked me to do everything that was true and right thing to do. It was a tedious and long awaiting process but a right process; which actually paid off in our jurisdictions case. Because of Mr. Hendersons due diligence we won the jurisdiction case; during which I realized how important it was to have a lawyer who was well prepared and well disciplined, because my Xs lawyer was completely opposite of my lawyer (Mr. Henderson of course).After winning the jurisdiction case it was time for my annulment case, one month after. IMPORTANT; Killed two birds with one stone. Since the beginning Mr. Henderson knew wining an annulment case was tough and diving into the gravity of the situation he realized he will also filed for desolation of marriage in alternative of an annulment. Which means if the Judge dont grant an annulment we would move on to divorce hearing subsequently an annulment hearing. Saved lot of time and money as well as going through all that stress. Predictions hold true. Judge did not grant me an annulment because of only one reason! It was not Mr. Hendersons fault. But we won the divorce case. Bottom line:I did not had to pay a dime to my X.I got everything I wanted except a document stating an Annulment on top.Decree stated she committed immigration fraud which was forwarded to immigration fraud officer on a pending case.Finally, Judge asked me that I had a very unique case and I should fight for annulment at a higher court because there was no history of such cases. Mr. Henderson suggested me that I got everything I wanted except a document stating Annulment instead of Divorce, going further will just be an unreasonable spending of my time and money. But if I do decide to fight further Mr. Henderson said I will jump right in with you and will fight for annulment I am writing this review as a Thank you to Mr. Henderson for giving my life back. Trust me people he is the right lawyer for you.

Clark Henderson was my attorney when he was with his old firm. I had been going through a year battle to divorce a high conflict personality. He did what 2 attorneys I had before could not do - block him from the loopholes my ex found and give me a divorce. He kept me up to date with information and fought very hard for me.
