Brenda Nelms is the most un professional , un ethical attorney .she is not reliable . She is not responding to emails ,phone calls .most of time traveling and failing to file motion. She is negligent . She represented me in high conflict divorce , pretended to understand what is abusive husband , told me she is my friend , came to my country to celebrate my son bar mitzvah . She promised me I will win . I lost big time . I have 3 kids . I lost my rental properties . Didn’t even get child support .I ended up with 100k debt that I still paying . She got paid , she is still looking for more money. Interest rates .She Put a lien on my homestead , where me and my kids live , I can’t fix my house and do refinance . She won’t remove it . She toke advantage of my situation . It toke me 5 years to stand on my feet . I’m still paying . She has no empathy ,she is looking for weakness to satisfy her greed . If you don’t want your life to get ruined by her evilness . I don’t recommend hiring her .
