Melinda was extremely helpful and accommendating. She took the time to listen to what I wanted. Melinda explained the different avenues that I could take. She answered all of my questions and then she would make suggestions and allowed me to make the final decisions. There was no pressure with her and she put me and she put me at ease. I felt very comfortable with her which came from her patience and knowledge . I even made a change the last day of signing the papers which was not a problem for her and which she handled very efficiently.
