We were skeptical about getting an attorney but felt we weren't getting good service from our insurance company over a fender bender claim against us that totally got out of hand.I went with Jason Goldman and his firm because he was working during the weekend on a Christmas holiday so I felt he was a hard worker. I was right, and he is.Turns out that there was more involved than the insurance company led us to believe and had not explained so we were very happy to have gotten him as our attorney. If you enjoy $500 consult fees for filing construction paperwork they know all too well, and a slam-dunk litigation case consisting of about 5 pages of documents... then this is the place for you!Even offered to give the $500 as a retainer instead of a 'consult' since I wanted work done regardless of case. No deal. Certainly comes off as just another lawyer making a living off consulting.Since I cannot answer the reply below and only edit, at no time did I state that I met with any of their attorneys. The fact is, I contacted them for the the permit paperwork filing ONLY. I already had another attorney for the litigation and termination. They wanted to see it all and handle it all instead, and then tried to bill me for it.Nice try at a deflection.

I personally would not recommend this law firm as my experience is indicated by the review. Also beware of the non-refundable retainer as it was never verbally expressed nor pointed out when we signed and agreed to hire this law firm. I did sign the document so shame on me for not reading this form from top to bottom as I personally would have never agreed to pay anyone more than the hourly time or work they put into the job. READ EVERYTHING BEFORE SIGNING AS SOME TAKE MORE THAN THEY ACTUALLY DO.Since they edit the post I will continue at not time did they verbally state the retainer is non- refundable just handed me a contract yes I signed it so my fault but dont try to rewrite something you were not present for and state we were well inform during our consult thats just not true. What I cant understand is how I had to tell you everything to respond the opposing lawyer you had no input you guys should only charge for Customers for work you actually do I could never do this to my customer I guess that another thing we see different how to run a business and treat customers l. All this over $2500.00 remaining on my retainer honestly?? Seems so small for a company your size well hope it was worth it as at least I know people will read this and not make the same mistake s I did and know up front about your policy as you dont tell them you make them read it in the fine print.

He took my speeding ticket, with a mandatory hearing and got it dismissed with just a fine (I could have had points added to my license, had to driving courses, or do community service). He was kind and very helpful. It was the best possible outcome that I could have asked for (I was going very fast) He was also the only attorney I talked to personally (when i was researching, everywhere I called I only spoke to the assistant or paralegal) Highly recommend him.
