I'm so grateful with Mr Baker and all his staff.I was so lucky to choose him almost ten years ago for a traffic ticket. Back then, I received so many offers in the mail but his letter looked the most pro. And since then , I've been using his professional expertise. The first time I had no points, no court expenses.Recently I had another traffic ticket. I called, I spoke to his Legal Asst. Monica who treated me with patience, professionalism and compassion. And one more time, I received the same day of the court date a letter from Mr Baker to let me know that one more time my ticket was dismissed with no points and no court expenses. Mr Baker got me $95,000.00. I hired Mr Baker after I was hit by an 18 Wheeler. I had terrible injuries to my neck and back and my car was a total loss. Me Baker was a huge help to me. He helped me to get my car replaced without any money coming out of my pocket. I also had major problems with my insurance company but Mr Baker went with me and family to three separate examinations under oath. In the end my insurance company paid 100 percent of my claim. The 18 wheeler ended up paying $95,000.00. Mr Baker stuck with me the whole way and would not allow me to accept an offer which was not high enough. My worst experience ever with a lawyer. I appreciate your response and actually as far I understood you are very good lawyer for traffic case, but mine wasn't just a traffic case, and was better say NO instead get and then asked me to fire you. Much respect but is not the way to make very honest money : get a case, ask to fire and charge ONLY 50%.Anyway I appreciate your words so you get one more star. See you around or in your office but for a traffic ticket.

I love The Baker Law Firm... and here's why... the only thing worse then getting a ticket is getting a 'Red Light' ticket that never makes it to your home address. This is unfortunately what happened to me. However, I was notified via a letter I received from The Baker Law Offices. Since I rarely, if ever, get a traffic violation, I didn't really know what to do. After calling, I was impressed by the level of knowledge, experience, and professionalism of everyone I spoke with. I was especially comforted by Mr. Baker's level expertise and tenure in the industry. In the end, Mr. Baker was able to get the ticket thrown out. I will only use this law firm in the future.

I went through a bad break up with an ex girlfriend who called the police twice and got me arrested on two separate occasions for domestic violence. Despite all my ex girlfriend's prior violent history, police usually side on a woman's behalf a take you to jail for the night as police now a days have to take one person to jail if a domestic violence call is made. To make a long story short, in 2016 my ex girlfriend was arrested twice and went to jail twice for a domestic violence cases where I was the victim. Once we moved from that area and began an exit strategy from this relationship. My ex and I had a few drinks on two occasion and now police believed her story as I was simply defending my self from her. Anyway Ira Baker did a great job at showing the injustice and resolved both cases to the point that no future domestic violence cases will be on my record. As of two months ago both cases have been dismissed for domestic violence and if you have similar problems, The Baker Law Offices is by far a great team of experts that can help you overcome any hardship you are going through quickly so that you can move on with your life.

Ira Baker is a fantastic attorney who's an expert negotiator that can help you win your case even when all the odds are against you. I had a 2nd DUI with a second refusal to blow my breath and despite all the scary threats from the state attorneys office to put me in jail for 90 days Mr. Baker some how, some way got my case and tickets dismissed. I can't promise this will happen to everybody but if anybody can do it, Mr. Baker is your best bet. I was facing 90 days jail time since I reversed my car into another vehicle while I was pulling out from a shopping center while I was drunk. Thanks to Attorney Baker I did no jail time and have the pleasure to recommend him to anybody who also has bad odds stacking against them. Mr. Baker knew just how to talk to the miserable state attorney losers and got all my tickets and jail time dismissed.

DO NOT GO THERE. Secretaries are something, rude is the lightest word I can use. Tried to make me believe I still owed them money and I didnt. Attorney is a loud word for the guy. The manner he speaks in is unappropriated, doesn't seem knowledgeable or willing to go an extra mile to help. May be he is good for thing like tickets in cases when cops do not show up but you can do this yourself without paying a fee to him. My advice - don't even consider.

The secretaries in the office are extremely rude and unprofessional. They don't explain things properly but if you 'dare' raise your voice, you will hear about it. The secretary I personally spoke to called me 'crazy' after not even one minute into the interaction over the phone, then hung up on me. I was lucky she did send me the void transaction reference. So, if you are already in trouble with the ticket, do not make your existence even more miserable by hiring the Baker Law Offices. There are so many other firms around that will do the job and make you feel good too.
