Dave Swanick is without a doubt the finest attorney on the Emerald Coast. He is very approachable and even willing to send you to another firm if your problem is outside their scope (which is quite rare). Powell & Swanick have excellent attorneys as well a great support staff. I have been a client since 2007 and wouldn't consider another firm without consulting them first. They are great communicators, have a great track record, and espouse the highest of ethics. If you are ever in need of an attorney, call this firm first.
