I dont know what happened. I spoke to a Tom and before I could even finish giving him any information (I was 1.5 names in) he cut me off telling me he couldnt help me and hung up. He also demanded I took him off speaker phone to which he wasnt on in the first place. Extremely rude and unprofessional!
