Having to go through anything legal is not an easy process, especially a divorce. The folks here have been extremely on top of their game and communication with them has been super easy and there was no fluff. They answered all of my questions honestly and accurately and they always responded super quick, even when places were shut down because of a hurricane and COVID-19. I loved working with the ladies in the office (I worked with Kathy and Victoria) and with Mr. Jentis. They were all extremely friendly and professional and easy to get along with. I would absolutely work with these folks again should I find myself in need of an attorney again and I will definitely recommend him and his staff to anyone looking for someone great to represent them.

Wish I could give negative stars! $6,000+ and neither my child support order or parenting plan were completed. I basically paid to draw up the papers and never got a resolution. I dont feel like I was guided by someone who wanted what was in the best interest of me (the client) or my daughter. I paid over six grand for phone calls and emails. Thats it. I left with nothing. I sent several formal emails asking that my fianc be CCd in all communication and still received emails saying they couldnt discuss case details with him even though some days they did. They called my ex by my last name (never married) in formal emails and basically made me look foolish. I dont feel like I was told what was best by someone who was supposed to know the law, and was on my side and representing me. I wish I would have done my research a bit longer because Im still without a parenting plan, my legal order was never modified and my daughter is still receiving hundreds less in child support than she should be. Absolutely nothing I went to him for was resolved. Nothing. I am out over $6,000 and still in the same situation. Victoria even had the nerve to say I owed $400 and needed to add $2,000 more to my retainer in order to move forward and again told me she couldnt send my case details to my fianc after I put in writing that I consent to his involvement and also said it at our consult where with Wayne where my fianc was present. I mean, it was HIS credit card they were charging on top of my consent. Im sorry but $6,000+ should have been more than enough to take care of a pretty simple case. I would have been happy with even just the child support taken care of if nothing else! Now Im stressed out to the max trying to deal with this on my own while my ex and his lawyer are still trying to low ball my daughter on child support. I wish so badly I could take it all back and find someone who could get the job done! There is so much more but I would be here for hours typing. Maybe Wayne takes on too many cases here in Florida and up in New Jersey, maybe he and his paralegals think simple child support and parenting plan modifications are minor cases and unimportant. Maybe they arent their money makers therefore they do not put in the effort these cases deserve. But they mean a whole lot to the people who are fighting for their children. Look elsewhere.

VICTORIA the PARALEGAL WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE! Lets face it, you will interact more with the paralegal generally during a case. I was helping a family friend find an Attorney in Brevard County for a pending case. I came across this Attorney with positive reviews and referred him to the family friend. Its unfortunate that the paralegal is not a stellar representation of his practice. Upon calling today to explain/ get my family friend on phone because he didnt quite understand , I was flabbergasted at her phone etiquette. The family friend was in the military and does have a disability, I tried to explain. The paralegal told me she would explain again, But I need to make this quick. If this is any representation of how you are going to be treated once you enter into an agreement........Then why would anybody want to pay money and have the firm represent them? I told her, Thank you , we are not desperate, and enjoy the rest of your day. The paralegal cost Attorney Jentis a paying client$$$$ today. In todays environment, new business is a commodity. Attorney Jentis is probably an awesome Attorney, but the paralegal is the day-to-day voice and attitude of the Law Firm. First impressions are everything!

Highly competent legal team! I was extremely fortunate to have found Mr.Jentis by a referral. Additionally I did further research and saw great reviews on Mr.Jentis. A common theme in all his reviews were that he was honest and fair and I also found that to be true.I had excellent communication with Mr.Jentis and his staff. Mr.Jentis had the responsibility of enforcing a post nuptial contract I had and executed it perfectly. His staff was very nice and highly experienced. I would use Mr.Jentis (East Coast Law) again in the future for ANY type of legal work.

If I could give zero stars I would. I highly recommend you do not go with mr jentis. As a single mom of 2 and veteran, I was poorly represented. I should of done more research before choosing him. But I was desperate for a divorce. Mr jentis was late to my mediation for my divorce. And mr jentis had me under the impression that if I didnt come up with something that day then I would have to wait till May of 2020 to get my divorce finalized. I constantly expressed how badly I needed it to be finalized. I felt somewhat pressured into an agreement that was totally unfair on my end. After mediation mr jentis forgot to add something to my mediation agreement which caused more harassment from my ex . After firing mr jentis and representing myself I was divorced by the end of the year. How ironic that my exhusbands lawyer got it done quickly.? My ex was constantly harassing me and I tried to get a hold of mr jentis for advice but I was never able too until it was to late to do anything. Very very difficult to get a hold of. Always constantly leaving messages. The advice I kept getting is keep a journal. I feel like if I was going to get screwed in this divorce I would of done it myself. Not pay someone thousands of dollars to mess up for me. Please yall do yall research before deciding to pay someone thousands of dollars.

Mr. Wayne Jentis is licensed in 3 states, New York, New Jersey and Florida. Because of this I was able to be represented in NY even though I am a Florida resident. My case in Family Court came up during the worst winter storm the north east has experienced in the last decade (Jan 4-5/2018); Causing flight cancelations through the east coast, However Mr. Jentis , made his way to court in time and we were able to resolve/settle our case the first day in court.
