Spivack Law, PA

I would recommend Mr. Spivack to someone going through a divorce. He did a wonderful job and I am pleased with his service he provided. When I had a question, no matter how big or small, he would have an answer. Mr. Spivack is very good at his career and looks out for his clients.

Very professional and quickly respond back

I hired Mr. Spivack in the middle of a 2 year divorce. He inherited a mess. My previous atty left him a mess to clean up with only 4 months until court. Yet, Scott took the time to review with me every detail of what I should have known prior to him taking over, he was thorough. He traveled from Polk County to Seminole County to help me. He went out of his way to make sure I understood what was happening every moment. I was devastated at what was going on he was caring, and he honest with me. He did his very best and I felt like I was being cared for by family. Divorce is devastating, and hard yet he made it easier to bear because he definitely was on my side. He trusted me, and I could trust him.He spent hours on the weekend in his office just for me reviewing my case. He would email me each time hour upon hour with every update. I can't say enough about his dedication or how much it meant to me. He got the job done. He truly fought very hard for me. He knows the law and will tell you what to do. You just need to listen. I hired attorney spivack because in the interview I had with him he seemed like the more aggressive attorney that could help me with my custody case when neither parent is an unfit parent. I did my homework to get any and all documentation that I thought would help or that they other party might argue against and when needed it was used and used aggressively. Court date was over a year of waiting and court was 7 hours. In the end when we thought it was going to be a close call we won what i was seeking. I couldnt be happier, especially having never gone through something like this before. I would recommend him to anyone needing family or defense law. Thank you for everything Attorney Spivack!
