I recently came upon a situation where I needed strong, expert legal advice. I had been refered to Fulmer Law by a friend of mine. He too had needed legal advice for an almost similar situation. Family law issues! Mr Fulmer was just what I needed. He encouraged me to take a deep breath, then he walked me through how the process would unfold. He was calm, smart and down to earth. He actually talked to me and not above me. Maybe it was the 'deep breath' he encouraged me to take, I'm not sure.....but I do know this, he and his staff helped me in a time of need. He took his time and treated me with respect.Thank you very much for everything!

I can tell you from past experiences with other attorneys the most frustrating thing is when you are a client and need to speak to your legal team and all you get is crickets!!! As a commuter college student I found myself speeding down a major road in Polk County completely unfamiliar with how to handle getting in trouble with the law for the very first time. Mr. Fulmer represented me with the assistance of his Paralegal Theresa Mangino in a case where the Osceola County DA ended up dropping all charges. Never had to do anything because they did it all! Once he took on my case I didn't have to worry one bit. He was on top it. Theresa kept me in the loop every single step of the way. He's a great lawyer with an amazing staff! This was the worst experience ever.I paid these ppl around 10,000 to assist me with getting my kids back,I did most of the foot work and at the end I was still denied my children. I feel as if they didn't work as to their full potential and I was very disappointed

Professional, Dependable and Assertive....is what I was seeking in an attorney to help me on my case that started out as a custodial battle for my twins. What actually won me over was the compassion, patience and reassurance that Art Fulmer Jr, Barbara Cline and Theresa Mangino has shown my girls and I each and every time I came to the office. Their whole team were absolutely wonderful. I came to Fulmer & Fulmer after being misrepresented by an incompetent 'attorney' that dropped the ball. Only a little more than a week for mediation and I still had more questions and uncertainty than I did in the beginning of the case. Fulmer JR and Barbara listened to me, answered all of my questions, EXPLAINED my rights as a parent/advocate for my girls and reassured me that they WILL take care of everything. God bless their patience, having a bad experience with my previous attorney I kept questioning everything. There's no such thing as a dumb question, if they see that you seem to be confused or hesitant about anything they will make sure you understand and on the same page with everything before leaving his office. Finally after 2 years of this ongoing ordeal, what started off as a custodial battle, the case got settled with simply a small reduction of child Support payments and some time sharing. With that I was relived. With the help of Fulmer & Fulmer, I am now able to close this chapter and move forward. With the help of Fulmer Jr and Barbara Cline I regained confidence in dealing with my girls' father and knowing my rights. Years ago I was involved in an auto accident and thought I might need an attorney. I had been in Lakeland less than a year and just decided to pick one from a phone book. I chose Art Fulmer. He came to my apartment after reviewing the accident details and told me that the driver at fault had a rather basic policy with no other assets, and that her insurance company would offer me the max I'd be able to get. He told me the amount, then proceeded to tell me that my injuries were worth more than that, and paying him to represent me would not be in my best interest. He then wished me luck and left. Everything played out as he said it would. I received my settlement and kept 100% of it. I haven't needed an attorney's services since that day, but if or when I do, these folks are the only phone call I'll need to make.
