AWESOME experience!!!! Samantha Carter is exceptional. She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, efficient, and patient. She put me at ease the minute I met her and she walked me through every step of the way. Samantha was always there when I needed to reach out to her and she sincerely cares about my father and our family. Jason and Samantha took time to meet with my father at the rehabilitation center and explained all of our options and formulated a positive plan of action. I will be forever grateful to Samantha and the Family Elder Law firm.

Samantha was SO helpful!!! She quickly responded to any questions, and made it very easy to communicate. Both Jason and Samantha are so down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and compassionate. They even went to the nursing to meet with my Mom, and took documents there when she needed to sign them. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!

When my husband had a stroke and it became apparent that he will need long term care for the rest of his life I was very overwhelmed. Long term care is incredibly expensive and I was fearful that I would lose everything my husband and I had spent a lifetime building. This is truly a helpful place for families to put their affairs in order. My wife and I were surprised of important things to do like avoiding Probate, ensuring beneficiaries are reviewed and provided, having a Living will, things we overlook, so I strongly recommend consulting with them.

We just used them for estate planning and asset protection. We dealt with Jason and Rebecca. We spent most of our time with Rebecca and we were extremely pleased with all our contact with her.
