I hired Michael Phillips for a contempt of court case and relocation request. Anyone with experience in the FL court systems and relocation request knows its not an easy case, Michael was very upfront about this with me. Michael was easy to work with and talk to. As would be expected in this scenario, there were emotional moments for me and he was always calm and patient with me; I appreciated his constant mild manner that had positive and happy undertones. I worked with Michael for almost a year on the 2 cases, between first sitting in his office and finalizing the cases. What stood out most to me was that he comes across as genuine and he is fair with his billing. I have had previous experiences, with far less capable lawyers, that were heavy handed with their billing leaving you feeling taken advantage of and with less than desirable results. I did not have that experience with Michael, I feel he was fair and mindful with his billing. I think the best vote of confidence we can give businesses is with where we spend our money; I will use Michael in the future and recommend him for those with family law needs.

Michael Phillips was a terrible attorney for me in so many ways. All along he told me we had a sure thing & my ex didnt have a leg to stand on because the evidence against him was black & white. Because of Michael Phillips strongly encouraging me I had a great case, I hired him to represent me. That decision was the beginning of the worst time of my life. He even went so far as to tell me that his partner Fletcher was a friend of the judge in my case & knew he looked favorably on women with children in my situation & reiterated his confidence in a positive outcome in my case. I never asked Michael Phillips to get me more than my fair share of marital assets & I wasnt interested in taking my ex husband to the cleaners. No brainer he said. Not only did Michael Phillips shameless fail me & my children, he handled my case so poorly that the judge ended up finding 100% in my ex husbands favor. I was speechless. Micheal Phillips only said sorry, sometimes it goes this way. WHAT??? That was NOT what he represented to me with confidence & assurance. I feel like he only took my case & fed me false hope simply to get my money. I am extremely disappointed in his integrity & abilities. I would NEVER recommend Michael Phillips to represent anyone for any reason whatsoever, especially women at their most vulnerable point when they need sound, honest representation.

Michael Phillips got it done for my children and I. Came to Orlando and handled business in the Seminole county courthouse after 3 previous attorneys couldn't get results for the last 7 years. Once Michael and I got on the same page, he fought. No back room deals, he showed up for battle and defeated opposing counsel who is very skillful and running for Orange County judge.
