They can help you by simply getting all the paperwork ready that's needed and submit it. If your case isn't approved or is complicated, they won't fight for you. Bennett herself is only available to accept the case. After that, she's on 8 vacations a year off the backs of people facing the hardest time of their life, while less experienced paralegals or junior lawyers do all the work. I realized that she has so many clients because there simply aren't immigration lawyers in this area. If you have a simple case with no record and only need them to put it together and send in, sure. Otherwise I wouldn't pay for her next vacation when they aren't going to do much if it's tough.

Just left this office and was amazed that I couldn't get one simple questioned answered about this firms experience prior to paying the consultation fee. What really made question everything was that after asking the assistant kindly for the 3rd time about their experience in working with Asia (most everyone in there spoke Spanish) anothet woman says 'I'm going to ask you to leave' I've been waiting weeks for this apointment. There entire experience was hard to believe...
