I had an immediate need for an attorney and this law firm represented me well. I continued to utilize their services for some additional family law matters with mixed results.. While I understand that the outcome is never guaranteed, I was hoping to be led, with suggestions and more engagement than I received. I wanted to feel that the firm I was paying to represent me was as passionate about my issues and concerns as I was. Great person and a great team. Always said hi to me when I came into the office and was very polite. His whole team was great and always made me feel at home. If need help, these people are the ones to do it.

They were always very straight forward about what to expect during the whole process and always helped me through the emotional times. During mediation, Mrs. Simon went above and beyond and worked exceptionally hard which helped us agree at mediation and avoid going to court. During my final signing Mrs. Rodriguez realized the shared parenting plan from the respondent's lawyer was completely wrong. She immediately began working on the new and correct one and had it done and ready to sign in no time. During this time, I was reading over the final paperwork and Mr. Wentz noticed that I was confused and had questions about some of the wording while reading what would be final divorce decree. Without asking he offered to sit down with me and went over every page of the paperwork and answered every question I had. This really helped me to feel confident that there werent any errors in wording. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable and offered great support and service!

I needed legal advice and visited with Mr. Wentz. He was listed as a general attorney, able to help in all matters, and I was very upfront for the reason behind my appointment. Rather than advise he specialized in family law, he was very dismissive of me, literally waving me off. While my matter seemed to inconvenience him, it has had a great impact on my life and I was simply seeking legal advice to better understand my options. His lack of consideration was distasteful, he should have never accepted my appointment instead of wasting both our time. I left feeling humiliated. Later, I found legal counsel who was able to take action with my issue. I trusted his reviews and am sure he had better outcomes with his previous clients; unfortunately, his behavior was very lacking and unbecoming.
