I have been using Mr. Weinbaum as my family attorney since 2000. Between both Ex's, I have used him in custody/child support matters for 5 cases now. My experience was mediocre. Whenever something important happened, he would have his secretary call me when he should have. This allowed for no elaboration or questions leaving me on pins and needles for days. I would call back, but ever try and have a lawyer return your call? I hired someone else and he was terrific. I think there are better Treasure Coast lawyers out there.

I knew I needed a jewish lawyer because I needed someone wise and tough!! The Lord told me to go down stairs and open up the yellow pages. So I did!! I did not open up to restaurants or pest control. I opened up to attorneys. On both pages full page adds. I looked to the right and the attorney was in the military. I thought is is who my spouse needs. Someone tough..but then I looked to the the left...Chet Weinbaum. I said to myself is this my jewish lawyer I prayed for!!! The rest is history!!! This man has stood by my side!!!When he gets into to the ring he fights for you!!! I was broken rejected abandoned and was in so much pain. He made me feel protected. A crooked, bad manner lawyer

I would recomend Chet to anyone, although we were not able to get something going due to my complex situation. Even so he helped point me in the right direction, and help me out with a copy to reference as guidance. Much thank's to the staff for taking there time out to guide me in the right direction!

Mr Weinbaum neglected so many of his responsibilities but the worst was a failure to 'transfer something' that was totally his responsibility! This caused me the most stressful week of my life thinking all I had worked for my whole life was ruined. He was totally unconcerned when this happened. I had to hire another lawyer in Stuart to clean up the mess. The second lawyer reviewed the entire case and couldn't believe he made so many mistakes (some I wasn't even aware of) and in that lawyers words 'rolled over' to the opposition.He took a horrible and unjust situation and made it far worse! Yet another attorney, years after, showed me also how he screwed me in his contract by handwriting verbiage on the last page that allowed him to do no further work while taking MUCH more of my money at the same time. All this is documented.

This lawyer keeps removing my negative posts as well as those of others who post negatively....replacing them with likely faked good ones! Ask to speak with anyone with a 'positive' review. There have been so many negatives now gone. He is lazy. He pushed me to take a compromise instead of fighting for me. I had a strong case other lawyers were shocked reviewing afterwards that he rolled over! He also did not tell me the consequences of the compromise. I have to live with these the rest of my life! I hope the other bad reviewers repost their horror stories!
