I went to Eve And needed some serious adjustments in the agreement/timesharing schedule and a part time parent who was controlled by his wife trying to make all the decisions regarding his rights as a father... Point blank I went to her with what I wanted and what was best for my daughters best interest for my child and she got it done. Going through divorce can be difficult. Especially when trying to find a lawyer that has your best interest at heart. It can be very intimidating. Attorney Eve McClurg is an excellent attorney. I thought I was never going to get 50/50 custody of my daughter. But I saw her while searching online she quickly got my attention and I said to myself this attorney looks fierce and boy was I right. I had a very I mean very complicated case. I was made out to be the bad mom who has dealt with very delicate issues all my life. I remember meeting Eve and thinking wow she seems to be so calm and collective but boy the knowledge this attorney has is incredible. Even with parents that agree on both parties this woman does not have the best interest when it comes to the child or kids. Shes quick to take a child away from their mother without any reason why but to WIN. The value of family has no meaning to Eve McClurg. Yes if you want someone to win your case then shes the woman for you but for the safety of your childs life it doesnt mean a thing to her. I wonder myself if shes a mother and if so how could she dare judge another mother and so quick to take a child from another mother who would do anything for her child to the father who only cares about what he has to pay in child support not bc he really wants the full responsibility as a father nor wants to do what a mother does everyday. So if you truly love your child and you want whats best for your family and you still have morals and compassion then this woman as an attorney is not someone you want to represent you.
