Luis Insignares is an awesome attorney and I couldn't have asked for better representation during my very painful divorce. From the first moment I spoke with him, I felt that he was listening. Attorneys always get a bad rap about their billing practices but with Luis I never felt like he was wasting any time or dragging anything out in order to charge me more. In fact it was quite the opposite. He always informed me when he felt he could save me money, by suggesting I get certain information that he knew I didn't necessarily need to get from him. He would sometimes have me speak to one of the other knowledgeable staff members or would tell me where I could be resourceful and get certain information 'Free :)' He always replied to any emails that I sent him and when I was stressed out, he would talk me off the cliff and calm my anxiety. He went above and beyond. I found him to be very experienced, professional and knowledgeable. He was also concerned about my children and always considered them and put them first in the decision making process. Divorces are never easy but if it's possible to say that one could have the easiest divorce then I would have to say Luis Insignares made mine as easy as possible. His staff, Barbara and Millie are also great at their job and very helpful. Another plus is the way they do their billing process at their office. They always keep you informed and help you to stay on top of your budget so that there are no surprises and you're not left with a big bill. I highly recommend this office.

I hired Mr. Insignares, he ask for a $5000.00 retainer to help me with my divorce. He did everything but help!WORST MISTAKE EVER!! He gave horrible advice and did NOTHING to protect me and my hard earned money from his corrupt world of family law in Florida. Unfortunatly I was naive as he continued to take my money for over 3 years. Until it FINALLY went to trial. But as the trial began he told the judge he could not continue because he was not EMOTIONALLY ABLE. The judge let him have a extension. He then quickly filed to QUIT. The judge let him quit. What a joke! I couldn't beleive it!! I had to hire another attorney to get my divorce. I wish Mr. Insignares didnt rip me off, would of done a great job and I could recommend him with a 5 star rating. I COULD NEVER EVER RECOMMENED HIM!He deserves 0 stars and disbarred!!
